Pak-Millennium Conference History
The Pak-Millennium Conference series was launched in 1999 by a group of Pakistanis living in and around the Boston area in Massachusetts. The pre-cursor to the 1999 conference was the "Pakistan Socio-Economic Conference" held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in March 1998. Its success motivated a group of Pakistani professionals and students to institutionalize a forum for constructive debate around issues faced by Pakistan in the new millennium.
Since its establishment highly successful annual symposiums have been conducted under the Pak-Millennium Conference banner. In recent years, these conferences have attracted large audiences and have featured thought-leaders on the development processes in Pakistan, including:

The success of the Pak-Millennium Conference is a direct result of the efforts of all who have involved themselves in its mission, including the organizers, the speakers, the registrants and the sponsors.
